Kitchen Remodel

The most common mistakes with kitchen remodel plans are the lack of knowledge about the current electricity and plumbing installation.

Plumbing is very essential in your kitchen. The water pressure needs to be high enough. Are the water pipes still in a good condition? Look at them, so that you don’t end up with unforeseen costs! Is the drain big enough? Can all the water from your sink and dishwasher flow away at the same time? Be sure that you don’t end up with floods in your kitchen!

Electricity:
How old is the wiring in your house? Does it need to be replaced? Better to replace old wiring then end up with a burned out house! Same with the fuse box, make sure the correct fuses are installed to ensure a safe cooking environment! If the wiring is recent and the fuse box seems to be ok, then you should check the thickness of the wires also, can they take the power from dishwasher, oven and fridge at the same time? No overheating, great!

These are the foundation of a good functioning kitchen!
